The Dual-Channel CNC Lathe is a precision machine tool designed to perform multi-process machining on complex rotational parts through dual spindles, dual turrets, and a dual-channel control system.

Product Features


Two machining programs can run independently, allowing rough turning, finish turning, drilling, and threading operations to be executed within the same cycle.


After the main spindle completes the first operation, the sub-spindle automatically receives the workpiece and continues the reverse-side machining process.


Cutting, part transfer, and process handover are carried out simultaneously to reduce non-cutting idle time inside the machine.


The main spindle and sub-spindle utilize equivalent drive configurations, enabling the sub-spindle to perform deep-hole machining, large-pitch threading, and heavy-duty cutting operations.
