Advantage: Overhead mounting saves valuable factory floor space and leaves the front of the lathe completely accessible for manual tool changes or maintenance.
Articulated Robotic Cells (Floor-Mounted)
Best For: High-mix, low-volume (HMLV) production and multi-process handling.
Advantage: Maximum flexibility. The robotic arm can perform secondary tasks such as part flipping, air-blasting, post-process gauging, and deburring.
Integrated Bar Feeder Systems
Best For: Continuous machining of bar stock and small hardware components.
Advantage: Heavy-duty, vibration-dampening design ensuring high-speed turning stability.
